Transparent billing
Every invoice itemizes parts, labor, service-call charge, and tax — never lumped. We accept Comdata, EFS, RTS, T-Chek, WEX, and standard cards on scene. For established fleets we can set up direct account billing with net-30 terms; ask during onboarding.
Full call documentation
Pre-work and post-work scan captures, photos of failed parts before removal and new parts after installation, VIN, mileage, and ECM hours captured at time of service. Parts traceability with manufacturer and part number on every invoice. Documentation formatted to feed into standard fleet maintenance systems.
Manufacturer-level diagnostics
Scan-tool software for the major engine and transmission families — Cummins, Detroit, PACCAR, Volvo, Mack, Caterpillar, Allison. We read systems, not just codes. Forced regens, NOx initialization, DEF system tests, EGR diagnostics — performed and verified on-site.
EPA compliance, in writing
We will not delete, disable, or bypass any emissions control device or system — under any circumstances or any price. Our written no-delete policy is provided on request as part of fleet onboarding. We restore tampered aftertreatment to factory configuration for fleets coming back into compliance.

Insurance and credentials
We carry standard commercial coverage and provide a Certificate of Insurance to fleet procurement on request. Coverage details and policy numbers furnished during onboarding for any fleet adding us to their approved-vendor list.
General liability
Standard commercial GL coverage. COI on request.
Commercial auto
Service truck covered for on-road and on-customer-premises operation. COI on request.
Garage keepers
Coverage for damage to the customer's truck while in our care during service. COI on request.
